An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Finance Associateto join a highly regarded and growing London law firm with a strong reputation in the property finance market. The role offers exposure to high-quality lender and borrower work across a diverse range of property transactions.

Working within a successful and collaborative team, you will advise on a broad range of real estate finance matters, including:

• Investment and acquisition finance
• Development finance
• Bridging finance
• Secured lending transactions
• Acting fora varied client base of lenders, investors and property professionals

About You

• England & Wales qualified Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE
• Experience gained within a recognised Real Estate Finance or Banking team
• Strong technical and client management skills
• Commercial, proactive and able to manage matters with increasing autonomy
• An interest in business development and building long-term client relationships
