Real Estate Finance

An international law firm with offices across Europe, North America, the Middle East and Africa, are recruiting for a Real Estate Finance Lawyer (3-6 PQE) to join it's team in London.

About the Role:

You will join the firms dedicated real estate finance team, who work across borders, advising arrangers and financial institutions, as well as borrowers including developers, funds and REITs.

You will advise a mix of sponsors, lenders and property developers, acting for a range of asset classes including hotels, data centres, build to rent, logistics, student housing and commercial. This will also include cross-border transactions, development finance, acquisition finance, corporate lending and restructuring work.

Qualifications:

• You will be a qualified solicitor 3- 6 years PQE (post-qualification experience), with a proven track record of advising clients on a wide range of finance matters, within the real estate finance space.
