Reading Mentor for KS3-4: Elevate Student Literacy

Forge Valley School in Sheffield is seeking a Reading Mentor to join us on a full-time basis, 39 weeks per year, 37 hours per week, Grade 4 Point 7-12. The role focuses on building pupils' confidence in reading and closing gaps in reading age, across KS3 and KS4, within a supportive local trust.

The successful candidate will deliver targeted literacy interventions, monitor progress using data, and work with senior leaders to raise attainment.
