React Native Full Stack Engineer Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native
- Build serverless, scalable Back End systems using AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and Step Functions
- Write clean, efficient, and testable TypeScript code
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to support streamlined deployment processes
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver high-quality features
- Optimise performance, responsiveness, and security across all components
- Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, and team knowledge sharing

React Native Full Stack Engineer Requirements:
- Commercial experience in full stack software development
- Advanced proficiency with React Native and TypeScript (Candidates with strong React Native and limited AWS experience will still be considered)
- Hands-on experience with AWS Native services and serverless architecture (Candidates with no React Native but strong Engineers with extensive AWS experience will still be considered)
- Strong grasp of mobile app architecture, performance optimisation, and design patterns
- Familiarity with REST APIs, React-Redux, Jest, and CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and version control (Git)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience working across disciplines to interpret technical and product requirements
