Reablement Care Worker - Help People Regain Independence

Care Dorset Ltd in Dorchester is recruiting a Community Reablement Worker to provide domiciliary reablement support at clients' homes, helping individuals regain independence and improve quality of life through person-centred care.

You will work with occupational therapists, nurses and social workers to assess needs, create care plans, monitor progress and ensure all activities meet CQC standards. Training and development opportunities are available.
