The Office of Disability Insurance for the Canton of Vaud is looking to hire for the Youth Service - ANDIAMO team a REA Manager (M/F) at 80% - 100% Start date: immediately or by agreement Salary class: 4 (Salary scale) Your missions Your role consists of monitoring the files of our beneficiaries in order to achieve this goal, you establish different types of documents for beneficiaries, based on information provided by specialists. You also communicate with the compensation fund regarding the payment of financial benefits. You will also support your supervisor for any activities related to the operation of the service. This position involves flexibility and numerous contacts with our partners (insurances, schools, employers, and our beneficiaries). You may also be called upon to train an apprentice or an intern. Profile Holder of a commercial certificate (or equivalent qualification), you have previous experience in a similar position. Experience in the insurance field would be a great asset. You have very good organizational skills, you enjoy working on multiple tasks concurrently and deliver high-quality work. You have an excellent command of standard tools and possess good interpersonal skills.
