Re-Offending Reduction Lead

Mitie Group plc. in Leeds is seeking an experienced Re-Offending Reduction Lead to join our Custody Healthcare Service and drive initiatives that reduce re-offending and improve health outcomes for people in contact with the criminal justice system.

You will coordinate complex interventions, work with Police, Probation, and local partners, and use data to demonstrate impact against KPIs while maintaining safeguarding and governance standards.
