Job Description

We are looking for an experienced RC Foreman to support the delivery of a major construction project based in Dublin.

This role offers the opportunity to lead reinforced concrete and groundworks operations on a high-profile residential project, working closely with site management teams to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

What You'll Do
  • Supervise and coordinate RC crews, subcontractors, and daily site activities
  • Oversee all aspects of reinforced concrete works, including pouring, placing, finishing, and formwork installation
  • Ensure works are completed in line with drawings, specifications, and programme requirements
  • Maintain high standards of quality control and workmanship
  • Carry out and enforce health & safety procedures on site
  • Coordinate with Site Managers, Engineers, and subcontractors
  • Conduct pre-pour inspections and ensure readiness for concrete operations
  • Monitor labour, materials, and equipment usage on site
  • Maintain accurate daily reports and site records
  • Ensure projects progress safely, on time, and within programme
What We're Looking For
  • 4-6 years' experience in a Foreman or supervisory role within RC / concrete construction
  • Strong understanding of RC frames, groundworks, and concrete operations
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical information
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors and site teams
  • Strong focus on health & safety and quality standards
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Experience working on construction projects in Ireland
