Job Responsibilities :

The Store Evangelist acts as the brand ambassador in Razerstore, delivering an exceptional customer experience through expert product knowledge, personalized assistance, and creating a welcoming store environment. This role involves engaging customers, maintaining store presentation, and supporting operational tasks to promote Razer's innovative gaming and lifestyle products.

  • Consistently create a welcoming environment for customers by greeting and assisting them, and responding promptly to inquiries and needs.
  • Be knowledgeable in all merchandise categories and able to make appropriate suggestions to customers.
  • Ensure all customers receive top-level service and quality merchandise.
  • Demonstrate consistent behaviors of the ideal R.A.Z.E.R. experience to all customers.
  • Regularly communicate with the Store Manager and Store Supervisors to stay informed about product knowledge, USPs, and consumer benefits across all product lines.
  • Maintain open and flexible availability to accommodate store needs.
  • Ensure company standards are met for store and associate appearance at all times.
  • Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and organization, stock and organize merchandise as necessary.
  • Assist in inventory control as directed by the Store Manager and Store Supervisor.
  • Support the execution of product displays and remerchandising as directed by store management.
  • Assist in receiving vendor deliveries and replenishing the sales floor promptly.
  • Enforce all company policies and procedures, including health, safety, and security protocols.
  • Perform any other duties as directed by the Store Manager and Store Supervisor.
