You'll take ownership of a defined region across the South East, with particular emphasis on the M25 corridor. Key responsibilities include:

Winning specifications with architects and following projects through the main and sub-contractor process

Selling a premium range of aluminium, stone, glass, ceramic, and terracotta rainscreen cladding systems

Working a mix of warm leads and new business development

Managing complex, long-cycle sales with multiple stakeholders

While the role is specification-led, there is flexibility to focus on contractor relationships if that suits your background.

The Opportunity

Are you an experienced professional from the cladding, façade, or curtain walling sector looking to take on a specification-led, project-driven sales role?

We're working with a dynamic and fast-growing manufacturer of high-end rainscreen cladding systems. With backing from a long-established European parent company, the business is investing heavily in UK growth and now seeks a driven Specification Sales Manager or BDM to join their team.

This role is pivotal to future expansion, offering excellent scope to make an impact and benefit from success through a generous bonus structure.

What You'll Bring

Strong background in rainscreen cladding, façade, or curtain walling
Proven track record in project-based sales
Specification sales experience is highly desirable
Commercially driven, tenacious, and self-motivated
Flexible on age or experience level - attitude and capability are key

South East (including M25 focus
Basic Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance
OTE: £100k+ achievable
Car Allowance: £500 - £600/month
Bonus: 2% of revenue (paid quarterly) + Company performance-based bonus
Holidays: 24 days + stats
Pension: 5% contribution
