Railway Platform Assistant: Elite Customer Service

Govia Thameslink Railway is seeking a Platform Assistant for Purley & Redhill. The role supports 24-hour operation with early, late and night shifts, averaging 35 hours per week plus Sundays.

You will be on the frontline delivering customer service, ensuring a safe and welcoming station environment, and assisting with train operations and information delivery. The position requires living locally to reach shifts and a commitment to weekends/bank holidays.
