Rail Site Manager Lead Teams, Deliver Safely & On Time

Ground Control is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead rail and infrastructure projects from site level in Nottinghamshire. You will manage day-to-day operations, lead field teams, and ensure work is delivered safely, on time, and to high quality standards.

You will coordinate with clients and Network Rail, plan activities, carry out safety briefings, and maintain documentation such as RAMS. A strong focus on safety, progress tracking, and continuous improvement is essential.
