Rail Site Agent - Bridges & Civils (Portsmouth)

Randstad CPE London is seeking an experienced Site Agent to lead rail structure delivery on a local Portsmouth project. You will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate teams, and ensure safety, quality and programme requirements on a live rail environment.

The role requires prior rail experience with bridges or heavy civils, valid PTS, and a track record of delivering bridge demolition and new steel/concrete works. Salary (£45k-£65k) with £5,500 car allowance; permanent, locally based.
