Rail SHEQ Leader: Strategy, Compliance & Safety Excellence

Randstad CPE London are seeking an experienced Head of SHEQ for a rail subcontractor in Colchester. You will report to the Managing Director and drive strategy across Safety, Health, Environment and Quality for 500+ staff, embedding a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

The role requires NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent), CMIOSH and ISEP Membership, with a track record of leading ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and RISQS compliance.
