Rail Sector Senior Counsel - Strategic Legal Leader

DfT Operator in London Waterloo seeks a Senior Legal Counsel to provide strategic legal support to multiple TOCs within the TOC Group. You will counsel on regulatory matters, risk management, and contractual governance to ensure compliant, timely advice for leadership.

You will mentor junior lawyers, manage complex commercial contracts, and coordinate with external counsel on high-stakes disputes. A nursing of public sector law background is valued.
