Rail Customer Host: Service, Safety & Revenue Guardian

Govia Thameslink Railway is seeking a Passenger Host to deliver outstanding customer service at stations and on trains, providing information, safety and revenue protection. You will examine tickets and collaborate with security staff to ensure safety for customers and staff.

Role requires working shifts including weekends; local area residence and transport to station may be needed. Full training and progression opportunities are provided within a supportive team.
