Rail Customer Advisor & Salespoint Assistant

Govia Thameslink Railway is seeking a Salespoint Assistant to deliver outstanding customer service at the station, helping customers choose tickets and products for their journey. You'll be the first and last contact on a customer's travel day, ensuring a smooth experience.

This full-time role averages 35 hours per week with rostered Sundays, early and late shifts between 06:00 and 23:00. You must live locally and be prepared to travel to the station with independent transport.
