Radiology Clerical Assistant - Patient-Focused Admin

East and North Hertfordshire Teaching NHS Trust is seeking a Clerical Radiology Department Assistant to provide a welcoming, caring and efficient front-of-house service for patients in a busy radiology department.

You will greet patients, check IDs and ensure accurate hospital records, and manage bookings and walk-ins in line with location procedures. You will communicate clearly with patients, families and staff, delivering accurate information with dignity and respect.
