We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and organised individual to join our team as a Radiology Appointment Coordinator for a permanent , full time position. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional and courteous manner, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. You will be supporting the extremely busy Radiology departments across the Princess Royal University Hospital, Orpington Hospital, and Beckenham Beacon with the expectation to cover, The post holder will be responsible for providing a comprehensive appointment booking service and organising reception desk operations to ensure that all radiology reception areas across three sites are run efficiently and effectively, in line with departmental protocols.
The successful candidate will prioritise patient needs while ensuring compliance with departmental procedures and national booking programme requirements. The role requires a thorough understanding of radiology investigations, healthcare information systems, and appointment booking processes.
The post holder must be proficient in all Microsoft Excel applications and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills. They must have the ability to multitask, prioritise workloads, and remain effective while working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
