Job title: Radiographer - Hereford Hospital Radiology Permanent Full time Up to £40,000 per annum depending on experience 37.5 hours per week
Key responsibilities- Help deliver our high-quality diagnostic imaging service
- Experience a varied caseload in the department, on the ward and in theatre
- Work with leading practitioners and new practices, equipment and facilities
- Carry out scoping to develop policies and procedures
- Supervise and develop junior colleagues
- Ensure that what you do is delivered with sensitivity and compassion
Nuffield Health Hospital - Hereford is located in Herefordshire countryside, just north of Hereford City Centre. A hospital offering private healthcare to the local community and surrounding counties, with a range of medical and surgical services. The Ward consists of 20 inpatient beds and a busy ACU. The hospital provides inpatient and day-case surgery across surgical specialties including General Surgery, Orthopaedics, Endoscopy, Gynaecology, Urology, ENT, Plastics and more. Working with leading consultants, the hospital aims to prevent and treat many conditions with a wide range of complex surgery and services. The working atmosphere is professional, collaborative and supportive.
Job description / QualificationsAs a Radiographer, you will hold a BSc degree in diagnostic radiography or equivalent to meet HCPC registration requirements, with postgraduate qualification and excellent teamwork skills.
- Be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
