Join Our Racecourse Grounds Team

Our Racecourse Grounds team plays a huge part in keeping Goodwood's much loved racecourse looking its best all year round. From the world class racing surface to the lawns, parade rings and public areas, you'll help us deliver the exceptional experiences Goodwood is known for.

You'll get hands on with a wide variety of tasks, including irrigation, mowing, tractor work, rail movement and general grounds maintenance - all while working in one of the most picturesque settings in West Sussex.

What you'll bring

• Experience in grounds, turf care, or outdoor maintenance
• Confidence using grounds machinery and tractors is helpful, but not essential - we'll train you
• A keen eye for detail and a positive, can do attitude
• Flexibility to support occasional weekend or varied hours, especially on race days
• Reliable transport (our rural location makes this essential)
• Racing knowledge is a bonus, not a requirement - we'll help you learn
