R&D Test Technician - Precision Encoders & Automation (Global Team)

Novanta Inc. in Cambridge is seeking an R&D Technician to join the Inductive Encoders team. You will design and execute test activities to verify performance, reliability and compliance from concept through validation.

You will collaborate with engineers across R&D, manufacturing and quality to bring new products to life, building test rigs and analyzing data while driving process improvements.
