• Manage Client Portfolio - From inception to review
• Streamline Workflows - Ensure timely completion of jobs
• Lead & Mentor - Guide your team through the R&D process
• Client Engagement - Deliver educational seminars (in-person & Teams)
• Improve Processes - Help clients enhance record keeping
• Compliance & Quality - Interview clients, meet R&D criteria, review reports
• Handle HMRC Enquiries - Resolve queries with confidence
• Train Junior Staff - Share knowledge and best practices
• Business Development - Drive growth and client success

Skills & Expertise:

• Demonstrable experience in R&D tax relief
• Excellent report writing and communication skills
