R&D Talent Strategy Director

Snyk is seeking an experienced Talent Business Partner Director (HRBP) to serve as the strategic people partner to Snyk's global R&D organization-engineering, product, and design teams building the developer security platform.

You'll sit with senior leaders as a trusted advisor on talent strategy, org design, and how we scale high performing technical teams, while coaching managers and unblocking issues as they arise.
