R&D Leader, Heavy-Duty Engine Oils

Afton invites an experienced leader to head the Heavy-Duty Engine Oil (HDEO) R&D team, guiding chemists and engineers in developing enabling chemistry, new products, and performance testing aligned with our business strategy.

You will supervise team members, conduct performance appraisals, recruit and develop talent, and coordinate with the R&D Director, Technology Development Team, and cross-functional groups to move projects from idea to implementation while maintaining ISO and safety programs.
