R&D Ingredient Science Placement - 12 Month Program

PepsiCo is seeking enthusiastic undergraduates for a 12 month placement with our Global R&D team in the UK. You'll work on real projects across ingredient science, nutritional performance and consumer benefits, gaining hands-on lab experience and cross functional exposure.

The role runs 12 months from July 2027, full-time, in Leicester, with mentoring and development opportunities and a salary of £26,600 per year.
