R&D Food Product Development Internship (12 Months)

PepsiCo is offering a 12-month placement in our Global R&D Foods Product Development teams in the UK. You'll work on product innovation, productivity, continuity and long-term research projects alongside scientists and engineers in development kitchens, labs and manufacturing plants.

You'll gain autonomy to influence projects, develop practical skills, and grow in a fast-paced, energetic environment with mentoring and exposure to real business impact starting July 2027.
