R&D Engineer I - Medical Devices (Regulated Design & Validation)

BD is seeking an R&D Engineer to help develop, optimize, and validate components and processes for medical devices in a regulated environment. You will design device components, select materials and vendors, build test parts, and apply DOE to improve processes.

The role involves working with manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and R&D teams to ensure compliance with cGMP/GLP, write protocols and technical documents, and train staff on new designs and methods.
