R&D Engineer

What You'll Do

• Design and develop surgical instruments leveraging electromagnetic systems.
• Drive R&D to enhance precision in complex oncology procedures.
• Collaborate with suppliers to manage component sourcing and production handovers.
• Ensure compliance with medical device standards (e.g., ISO 13485).

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Biomedical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in electromagnetic systems design for medical devices.
• Hands-on expertise in surgical instrument development.
• Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
• Full-time on-site availability in North Brabant.
• Passion for advancing surgical technology and improving patient outcomes.
