Quantum Hardware Electronics Manager

IonQ, Inc. is seeking an Electronics Engineering Manager to lead the electronics function within our Systems team. You will head a trio of electronics engineers and scale the team as programmes grow, directing schematic capture, PCB layout, and test for production ready quantum hardware.

This player coach role allocates 60% to leadership and 40% to hands on design, setting technical direction and ensuring reliable, scalable electronics across prototypes and rack ready systems.
