Quantity Surveyor (West Midlands)

Position: Quantity Surveyor

Location: West Midlands

Salary: £60,000 package

We are recruiting an experienced Quantity Surveyor to work on multiple residential developments across the West Midlands.

Responsibilities:

• Manage budgets, procurement, cost control, forecasting, and final accounts
• Work closely with site and technical teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Maintain development margins and manage risk effectively
• Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
• Support the commercial management of multiple house building projects

• Proven Quantity Surveyor experience in house building or residential developments
• Strong financial, analytical, and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
