Position: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Nottingham
Start Date: May 2026
Duration: Permanent
Salary: £50-70k, dependant on experience
The Role- Managing project costs and valuations
- Preparing applications and final accounts
- Supporting commercial performance across multiple projects
- Working closely with operational and client teams
- Helping drive profitability and project success
- QS experience within construction, industrial services, or coatings
- Strong commercial awareness and communication skills
- A proactive and organised approach
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
