A leading Tier 1 main contractor is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a high profile hotel development in Dublin city centre. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a landmark project within a well established company known for delivering complex, high quality builds.

Working closely with the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the commercial management of the project. You will be involved across all stages, ensuring effective cost control and financial delivery.
Key responsibilities include- Assisting in the preparation of budgets and cost estimates
- Managing subcontractor procurement and accounts
- Preparing and agreeing interim valuations and final accounts
- Monitoring project costs and reporting on financial performance
- Supporting client interactions and maintaining strong relationships
- Attending design team and site meetings, providing commercial input

Requirements- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role
- Proven experience managing subcontractors and liaising with clients
- Background in residential and/or commercial construction projects
- Strong commercial awareness and communication skills
