Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor for a temporary position until Christmas.

We're seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a solid background in social housing and reactive/planned maintenance to support a busy repairs programme. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a respected contractor delivering essential housing services across Devon and Somerset.
This is a temporary position until Christmas.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cost control across responsive and planned repair contracts
• Prepare valuations, variations, and final accounts
• Liaise with operational teams, subcontractors, and client representatives
• Ensure commercial compliance and reporting accuracy
• Support contract mobilisation or close-out as required

Requirements

• Experience in social housing projects
• HNC or relevant degree
• DBS check will be required
