Quantity Surveyor - Utilities/Civil Engineering - Manchester - up to £50,000 salary + Car allowance.

My client is a leading infrastructure contractor specialising in the provision of services to the utilities industry. They are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their Salford office, working on Utilities projects including Groundworks, Civil Engineering, Cable Installations, and Substations.

Responsibilities include:

  3. Subcontractor management
  4. Cost control
  5. Valuation of work
  6. Final accounts
  7. Client facing activities
  8. Claims and disputes management
  9. Reporting
