Our client is a busy, well-established engineering business with a strong client base. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an additional Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Co. Tyrone. This is an excellent opportunity to work on an innovative new product with a forward thinking business!

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and submission of interim payment valuations.
• Agreement and management of subcontractor packages, including valuation of work elements for payment.
• Valuation of variations across plant, labour, and materials; preparation and agreement of quotations.
• Submission and agreement of final accounts.
• Management of retentions.

About You

• Strong expertise in cost control and budget management.
• Proficient in quantity take-offs and project cost estimating.
• Solid understanding of construction contracts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management (desirable, but not essential)
