Quantity Surveyor

We are searching for a Quantity Surveyor or a Senior Quantity Surveyor.

Are you an experienced and driven Quantity Surveyor ready to take ownership of a transformative education project?
We're looking for a talented professional to join our team and help deliver a state-of-the-art new-build school that will shape future generations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all cost management activities across the lifecycle of the school build
• Prepare tender documentation and manage procurement processes
• Provide cost estimates, feasibility studies, and regular budget reporting
• Work closely with contractors, design teams, and local stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and contractual obligations
• Monitor progress and proactively address any cost overruns or risks

Requirements:

• Proven experience in quantity surveying for new build projects
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
