Office-based in Bromley - Full-time - Permanent

We're working with a well-established and steadily growing main contractor that's actively seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. Based in Bromley, the role offers exposure to a diverse range of live and upcoming projects across London - with 13 sites currently in operation and more in the pipeline.

The Role

You'll be based in the Bromley office and work across projects ranging from £2m-£20m, with the opportunity to take ownership of packages and build strong relationships with subcontractors.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing CVRs and final accounts
• Subcontractor procurement and payment schedules
• Attending client and project meetings

If you excel in the role, there's scope to support an Assistant QS and eventually take the lead on a smaller scheme.

• Previous main contractor experience preferred
