Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports.
• Manage and monitor project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and the project remains within budget.
• Carry out cost analysis and value engineering to ensure the best value for the project.
• Review and monitoring of Project Commercial Plans.

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably roofing, cladding or data centre experience.
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
