The opportunity

A major civil engineering contractor delivering AMP8 frameworks is seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors to support long-term water and utilities projects across multiple regions. You'll manage commercial aspects of projects from start to finish within a collaborative, delivery-led environment.

Responsibilities

  • Full commercial management of projects or work packages
  • Preparation and agreement of valuations and compensation events
  • Cost forecasting and reporting under NEC contracts
  • Subcontractor procurement and management

Requirements

  • Water, utilities, or heavy civils background
  • Strong commercial and stakeholder management skills
