Quantitative Trader & Researcher - High-Frequency Algos

Tower Research Capital seeks a Quantitative Trader / Researcher to develop and deploy algorithmic trading strategies using Tower's in-house trading system. You will design, test, and calibrate strategies across market regimes, leveraging data-driven insights and competitive performance.

Responsibilities include researching high-to-mid frequency alphas, exploring patterns in market data and micro-structure, and building tools to analyze data.
