Quantitative Research Engineer - Trading Systems

DRW is a diversified trading firm seeking a Research Engineer to join a fast-moving, data-driven team in Greenwich. You will partner with researchers and traders to implement studies, simulate strategies, and develop scalable algorithms that perform in real markets.

You will embed with desks, learn their problem spaces, and build ergonomic engineering solutions while collaborating across teams to push prototypes to production and continuously improve the tech stack.
