Quality Technician in the Machining Department

Salanitro SA has built a solid reputation in the machining department for over 30 years, thanks to its expertise in high-end watch making and decoration. To continue the development of quality within our machining sector, we are looking for a Quality Technician in the machining department. Your role involves implementing the quality approach in the sector and managing control ranges and monitoring of in-progress control on work orders. You will track and analyze rejects and lead regular meetings to ensure product quality within the sector. You will manage actions related to non-conformities in the sector and deploy internal projects in the Process Control - MMT sector. Your profile: - Higher technical education diploma in quality - Mastery of quality assurance processes and problem-solving methods (Lean Six Sigma tools) - Experience in a similar role in the industry, ideally in watchmaking - Knowledge in geometry - Experience in machining, with strong analysis and synthesis skills - Autonomous - Proficient in software Position based in Geneva.
