Quality Technician

For a client, a renowned watchmaking company, X is looking for a Quality Technician (M/F) for a permanent position with a start date to be agreed upon. Quality Technician (M/F) Your tasks: - Identify and analyze internal non-conformities - Propose and implement corrective and preventive actions in terms of procedures, processes, and control - Participate in the new product process - Establish, support, and monitor quality processes - Conduct training and awareness actions for staff related to quality approach compliance - Write quality manuals and procedures - Implement and monitor necessary corrective actions in the context of internal non-conformities - Daily analysis of the performance within your scope - Lead projects Profile: - Degree in Quality Engineering and/or Engineering (or equivalent) - Minimum X years of experience in a similar function - Knowledge of watch product specifications - Mastery of quality tools, analysis, and problem-solving techniques - Ability to manage a project - Ability to master interpersonal skills and communicate effectively while demonstrating action-oriented mindset - Ability to aim for targets while being action-oriented and managing complexity. jid2e5e779aen jit0310aen jpiy26aen
