Job Description

Southend on Sea City Council is looking for a full-time Quality Support Officer to assist the Quality and Improvement Team until August 2027. The role involves ensuring that care services meet required standards and includes administrative tasks to support quality improvements.

The ideal candidate will have GCSEs in Maths and English and experience in health and social care. You will have strong IT literacy, particularly in Microsoft applications, and the ability to analyze and produce reports.
