About Your New Job
  • Coordinate and oversee quality assurance and inspection activities across all manufacturing operations.
  • Lead a team of Quality Inspectors, ensuring compliance with ISO standards (ISO 13485 and 9001), internal quality systems, and customer requirements.
  • Manage and develop your team, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure a high-performing quality function.
  • Drive the achievement of all quality KPIs, support audits and regulatory inspections, and be a key interface between quality and other departments.
  • Participate in new product introductions, continuous improvement projects, and support Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives across the site.
What Skills You Need
  • Level 7 qualification in Quality, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years' experience in Quality Engineering within a regulated manufacturing environment.
  • 2+ years of experience supervising and managing people in a fast-paced, high-performance manufacturing setting.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 13485/9001), quality systems, and audit procedures.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with document control, CAPA, and QMS processes.
