Quality, Risk & Controls Lead - Testing Excellence

Nationwide Group is seeking a Senior Manager Quality, Controls and Testing to lead the first-line risk and control environment across Business Banking operations. Based from Glasgow or Northampton, you will shape governance and testing, ensuring high-quality customer outcomes while meeting regulatory standards.

You will lead quality testing, competency and assurance activities, partnering with Risk & Control, Financial Crime and other stakeholders.
