Quality Officer - ALTEN Netherlands (Eindhoven or Capelle aan den IJssel)

At ALTEN Netherlands, we are looking for a dedicated Quality Officer to join our team in either our Eindhoven or Capelle aan den IJssel office. In this role, you will play a central part in ensuring the continuous improvement and compliance of our Quality Management System (QMS), with a strong focus on ISO 9001 standards.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

Quality Management (Primary Focus):

As a Quality Officer, you will be a key member of the Quality Assurance (QA) team. Your main responsibility will be to maintain and improve our ISO 9001-certified Quality Management System. This includes:

Ensuring that our QMS remains compliant with applicable standards (primarily ISO 9001)

Coordinating and executing internal audits and follow-up actions

Supporting external certification audits and liaising with auditors

Monitoring and updating quality documentation, policies, and procedures

Identifying, recording, and following up on risks and improvement opportunities

Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG):

You will also contribute to ALTEN's ESG initiatives, working closely with internal stakeholders to:

Gather and analyze data for ESG reporting

Support documentation efforts for external ESG-related certifications

Promote sustainable and socially responsible practices within the organization

What We Are Looking For

Proven experience with quality management systems, preferably within a technology or consulting environment

Solid understanding of ISO 9001 principles and audit processes

Strong organizational and communication skills

Proactive mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement

Fluency in Dutch and/or English
