Quality Manager

We are looking for a Quality Manager to manage the delivery of a construction project based in Westport.

This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in ensuring projects are delivered to the highest quality standards, working closely with site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders across all phases of construction.

What You'll Do

• Promote a "Right First Time" quality culture across the project
• Manage non-conformances (NCs) including root cause analysis and close-out
• Inspect and sign off on reworks and corrective actions
• Ensure works are completed in line with mock-ups and first-of-kind standards
• Develop and maintain Quality Management Plans and ITPs
• Carry out daily inspections and reporting using Procore
• Monitor compliance with codes, standards, and project specifications
• Manage and administer BCAR processes and documentation
• Coordinate handover documentation including O&M manuals and certifications
• Support BREEAM certificationand sustainability tracking
• Attend site, client, and design meetings, providing quality updates

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a Quality, QA/QC, or similar role within construction
• Strong understanding of quality systems, inspections, and compliance
• Knowledge of BCAR processes (highly desirable)
• Experience with Procore or similar systems (advantageous)
• Strong attention to detail and documentation
• Good communication and coordination skills
