Quality Manager

Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum

Location: Lewes, East Sussex (commutable from Brighton, Eastbourne, Uckfield, Burgess Hill, Haywards Heath, Worthing, Hailsham)

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a certified ISO 9001 QMS.
• Lead quality planning, process validation, and PPAP activities for customers.
• Oversee QA and QC functions and ensure adequate resourcing.
• Maintain ISO 14001 compliance and manage programs for chemical storage, waste, and resource efficiency.
• Continuous improvement of functions using Six Sigma, FMEA, 8D, etc.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in a Quality Manager role or similar.
• Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949.
• Experience with auditing, RCA, PPAP & APQP.

Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum + 25 days+BH, bonus, medical
